How Our Online Chat Works

It's very, very easy. Even easier than it looks here, because I'm going out of my way to show pictures. What I have below took 2 minutes. Oh and there really is a human on the other end.
On our website you'll see a little, gray box...
[caption id="attachment_5618" align="aligncenter" width="650" caption="Our chat feature starts in this bottom corner."][/caption]
If we are not here, the box will say, "Leave us a message" and if you do, we will really get it, and will really reply to it the next business day!
To chat, you can just type into the white box and click "Send," then a new box will pop up.
Introduce Yourself
You can enter your name, then either an email address or use your Facebook or Google account (Gmail, Google+, any Google login). If you do those, a window will pop up asking you to login to that account, or just to agree if you're already logged in.
[caption id="attachment_5633" align="aligncenter" width="650" caption="Then click the Start Chatting button!"][/caption]
Let the Conversation begin
Finish Whenever You Like
Just click the options button and an 'End Chat' button will appear.
[caption id="attachment_5668" align="alignleft" width="650" caption="Like all computer programs, it is insecure, and will ask you to confirm that when you opened that window and then clicked that button, you really meant it."]
A Sample...
Now most of our chats take a few minutes or just a few lines back and forth, which is just fine. If you only have one question, then ask away! Here's an example of a chat that went longer because the visitor had so many great questions. It's an insight into how these can go if you decide to connect with us this way. I changed the name to my own pseudonym, but it's a very real transcript!
Thanks for reading! If you got this far, you deserve a cookie. I hope our chat feature looks inviting to you now!
