Shipping
Products may require specified minimum purchase quantities in order to qualify for free shipping. The Customer is responsible for reviewing the shipping details prior to purchase. Free shipping is available only to customers in the contiguous United States except for the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Montana and Wyoming. Some remote or hard to reach areas (islands, downtown large cities, etc.) may incur additional fees or be unable to have shipments completed to the desired shipping address. Some products, including trims, are not eligible for free shipping and are subject to shipping fees. Products in cartons 96โ or longer may be required to be picked up at the freight carrier's local dock.
Most products are in stock and will ship the next business day. The Customer will be notified within 1-2 business days if their order will not ship out in a timely manner. The customer may arrange their own shipping, freight collect only. Customer is responsible for all freight charges if customer arranges their own shipping, no matter what product or quantity of product is ordered.
Floors To Your Home ships only within the continental United States. Delivery is Monday through Friday during the delivery carrier's business hours. All shipping is curbside delivery unless shipping carrier is not able to reach the driveway. Some rural or highly populated areas may be charged an additional $89 fee by our LTL (Less than Load) carriers. Your flooring will most likely be delivered by a semi truck. If a semi is unable to reach your shipping address, direct delivery will not be possible. Dead ends, cul-de-sacs, low-hanging trees or wires, or gravel roads are some examples of potential impediments to delivery and alternate shipping addresses may be needed. Please call prior to placing your order if you think there may be any issues with your delivery address in order to avoid potential additional shipping charges or delays. Missed or cancelled deliveries could result in additional and/or redelivery charges due from the customer.
