There are 38 cartons ( 1181.42 sq ft) of this hardwood that has sustained some damage to the cartons, and therefore to some of the planks in the cartons. We are not sure how much damage there is but we estimate that over 70-80% of the hardwood will still be useable in some way and the damaged pieces can be used as short pieces or use them in closets or under furniture. The damaged is concentrated mostly on the tongue and groove side portion so you can cut the bad out and still use the board in most cases. The buyer must understand that they are buying this LOT of 38 cartons and it is SOLD AS IS with ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS and NO WARRANTY. The pictures above is the exact hardwood you would be purchasing and receiving.
