- OMG! Finding "Floors to your Home" was like finding a hidden jewel. I came upon their site while looking for flooring and reached out to them with questions. Buying floors from a web site seemed like a impossible task; how do I know I would like the color from what I saw on their site, how about the quality and with being out of state, how did I know that I could trust this company with such a large purchase? Here is why I call them a wonderful jewel that I happened upon; first the staff was beyond wonderful with all their help and understanding that not only is the purchase a large one for their customers they understood how important it was to ensure that what they got was what they wanted. I sent for samples that arrived quickly and when I wasn't sure of those I sent for even more. Here is when I tell you that I am an artist and am very particular and the staff at "Floors to your Home" worked patiently with me until I finally made my decision. I ordered the cabin grade because of the price point and I expected some flaws but I have to say that my floors shows no flaws and looks beautiful. If I could tell a person who has the same doubts that I had about buying floors online, I would say to definitely trust "Floors to your Home". It was the best decision I have ever made and I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you "Floors to your Home". You have made me a very happy customer.
- We weren't sure what to expect with the "cabin grade" flooring, but it is absolutely beautiful! It has gone down very easily and there really haven't been many pieces we couldn't use. I would highly recommend this flooring!
- Very happy with our Mohawk Brandymill Hickory Charcoal cabin grade flooring. After doing some research on cabin grade flooring and talking to Floors to your home, we placed our order for 600 sq ft of this flooring. We had been looking for hand scraped flooring for years, but I did not want to pay a ton of money for a beautiful floor. So when we found Floors to your home we figures lets go for it. We were a little worried about cabin grade flooring and what we might be getting into. When the shipment arrived, (Issues with UPS freight, but Floors to your Home did a great job getting that straighten out!) we opened the boxes to see what the product looked like. I will admit we were a little worried, a lot of the boards had nick marks. Off to the home store and picked up a stain that matched to a tee, problem solved. We did receive what I would consider a lot of short boards, but we have made it work and again with a little time laying out the floor it looks like a million bucks. The extra stain did the trick. We are very happy with our choice in flooring and with purchasing it from Floors to your Home.
- We ordered this floor not knowing what to expect. I am one of those shoppers who have to see and touch before buying. However on a leap of faith, we decided not to pass up this value. I called and spoke directly to the wonderful sales team and to my surprise, my order shipped the same day. The product was delivered as stated two business days later. We have installed the flooring in three rooms with two more to go and I can say, there has been very few pieces, I would consider cabin grade. The ones that have a defect, we have been using them under baseboards and in closets or other low traffic areas. We ordered 1100 square feet (39 boxes) in hopes to get 941. I still have 18 remaining boxes as of this morning! Needless to say, we are incredibly happy with the service and product and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to replace your flooring at a discount rate.
- I spent months looking at the big box Liquidators and through reviews chose to look elsewhere. I am so happy I found Floors to Your Home! We received 1300 sq ft of the Value Grade Armstrong Kenya oak floor and we could not be happier! I was so hesitant to buy a cabin grade or value grade thinking the defects would be more than I was willing to install. Our floor looks like their is nothing wrong with it?! My husband and I looked through boxes and boxes to see why these boards were considered value grade and we can't find many defects! Did I say how happy we are...floors are acclimating now, can't wait to install! Can believe the price we paid! Amazing!
- Really beautiful flooring. I was a bit nervous about purchasing cabin grade but couldn't pass it up as they hit every other mark we were looking for at about a 1/3 of the cost. We went through every box (14 of them) and came up with about one box that had serious flaws we didn't want to use. All of the rest were very slight imperfections that just give the floor a nice rustic look.
- My husband and I purchased approximately 1600 sf of engineered hardwood flooring. We first opened all of the boxes and sorted the wood by approximate size. They do ship many sizes ranging from 8" up 4'. There a few with color variation that we did not use and there were some that were too "cabin" for our taste. We did order about 12% more than we needed for our project. We ended up with one box of extra boards to use for future repairs. I highly recommend the flooring, although you do have to go over all of the wood, its so worth the savings!

My only caveat is that I wish they would tell the customer that the delivery people will not bring it into your home. Mine had to be dropped off on the sidewalk at the edge of my yard. I would have planned to have people there to help me bring it in if I had known. Luckily it wasn't raining and I was eventually able to find people to help me. I am unable to lift the boxes due to an injury. The cabin grade wood was very good quality There were only two or three boards in 12 cases that I couldn't use. There were many shorter pieces but plenty of long ones as well. The quality was better than anticipated and therefore I did have more left over at the end that I planned. If I had realized that I would have ordered fewer cases. I would order from them again.
- After going through most of the boxes I saw it's very workable and didn't seem to find many undesirable planks. I think it's worth using cabin grade! Thanks guys!
- The flooring arrived in a timely manner and was what was expected. One should always order 20% more than needed to accommodate for blemished pieces and it was no exception here. Only complaint is there were more short pieces than expected but finished floors do look nice.
- Initially we had done all of our home in Floors To Your Home engineered hardwood except our master bedroom. We thought carpet would be nice. After ordering 1,600 sq ft of Mohawk Brookdale engineered hardwood and seeing how nice it was and how easy it was to install we decided (9 months later) to order the last 210 sq ft and finish the bedroom. Well, they were out of that particular color (Mocha) but recommended we use chocolate. My wife and I just finished the install and couldn't be more pleased with it!!! Thanks to Hayley for answering questions on the phone and online and helping us with samples. And thanks to Ryan for walking the warehouse searching for every last scrap of mocha to send along with our order. You guys ROCK!!!
- i bought a pile of 2nd's engineered flooring that turned out beautiful. i don't know if I got lucky or what but with a marker the color of floor I installed 1000 ft. for a customer and they loved it. they brought their friends over and they loved it. Now everybody wants their floors done like my customer. They never new the wood was 2nd's and never will. Because the product was so nice. I ordered 20% extra because I thought I would have to cull boards out but I didn't. So we added their kitchen which put them over the top. Delivery was fast and painless. Truck even came with a lift. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Every job is only as good as the product. I'm totally blown away with this company and recommend them to everybody.
- Adam, Just wanted to let you know we had part of the flooring laid this past weekend. It is beautiful. You mentioned that it was seconds but we only found 3 boards out of about 20 boxes that had issues. The man that laid it for us had his wife come look at it and asked for your web address to order for their home. My husband and I were concerned about ordering from the internet especially when you said it was seconds. Thank you for being a honest online company. I will definitely recommend you to friends.

- Connie, I just wanted to take a minute to let you know we have our floors installed and they look GREAT!! I was very concerned about using the cabin grade hardwood but was very pleased with the product. We ordered extra to make up for the flaws we would encounter and amazingly we did not have a lot of waste. Now we are going to use the extra for an upstairs hallway and our stairway landing. YAY!! - I was at first skeptical because the floors are labeled as Cabin Grade but i was amazed at how nice they look installed!! Very good quality and we cant tell any difference between this cabin grade quality and regular quality....Would definitely buy the same floors again...

- I bought the last of a lot of Engineered Hardwoord Flooring. It was 7" Hickory in Medium Grey... It has turned out beautiful .. There were not many shortboards.. Floor is installed and looks just amazing... I will be buying more flooring from this store...
- I found this website from a friend who had ordered flooring for his new house. A group of us put the flooring in his house and it was a easy and great "job." My wife and I had looked at flooring for the longest time and after looking and the website, we ordered several test pieces. We decided on one and purchased. The guy that called me back after placing my order couldn't have been better. I wanted to upgrade my pad from the free one and he gave a great deal on upgrading. Delivery and everything went as planned, without a hitch. When I build my new home, I will buy flooring from here, no questions!!

- I was very leary about making such a large purchase online. However, that was all put out of my mind when I received great help from Adam. He addressed all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions. We ordered about 20% extra which was perfect. We ended up with 2 boxes we will keep for extra, and 3 boxes of all short pieces. This is also a distressed looking floor, which we wanted, as we have 6 kids and a cat in the house. Some of the pieces were a little more distressed than we wanted, so we just didn't use those pieces. I love the look of my floor and cleaning is a breeze! We chose the staple down installation, and it was pretty easy for us. Even considering it was the first time we had done this type of installation. There was an issue with my payment when I did my order, and they called me to make assist me with the completion of my order. I also received a phone call when my order shipped. My only issue was that the shipper NEVER did call me until 1 hour before we wanted to deliver my product!(this is not Floors to Your Home issue) We have had the floor installed for about 3 weeks now, and we love it, and wish we would have done it much sooner!
- Delivery was quick and driver was very courteous. This floor went down easy and looks beautiful. There were a few pieces out of the 769 sq. ft. I bought that had flaws on them. We tried to use them on the pieces we cut. Very satisfied so far.
- I ordered the Cabin Grade Engineered flooring, very easy to install, even the 1200 square feet. LOVE it. I finally got the floor complete and am very, very pleased with the finished results. Thank you for all your help and I appreciate your patience in helping me get the perfect floor. It turned out better than I even expected! I even installed it myself. The price was the best around and it was exactly what I was looking for in our log home. Wish I could post some pictures of the finished results.

The price was excellent. The boxes came with many long pieces. If there were blemishes we didn't like- we either discarded them or put them in a closet. We were extremely happy with this purchase and would order again.
