We are CLEANING OUT THE WAREHOUSE and we have approx 25 cartons of this laminate flooring.  Some boxes seem to be torn and maybe slightly damaged - we really don't know.  It seems most of the material looks good but again we are only guessing.  The buyer has to understand they are buying this AS IS - NO WARRANTY - NO RETURNS.
