Spotlight

Coming later this year, Floors To Your Home products will be featured on the DIY Network's Prime Time programs "Man Caves" and "Rescue Renovations". The DIY Network features programming that covers home improvement for novices, shown and taught by experts. It was launched in 1999 as a sister network to HG TV and The Food Network, and it is available on DirecTV channel 230, DISH Network channel 111, and some local cable outlets.

"Man Caves" features former NFL player Tony Siragusa as host, and licensed contractor Jason Cameron renovating a room to create an exclusive space for someone, usually a man, and usually a famous one, to hang out in his home. It's a personal space, themed around the his passion, music, golf, homemade beer, video games, the 1950's, spies, corvettes - really anything he loves. While creating someone's dream room, the hosts also offer do-it-yourself ideas and tips for homeowners who may want to make their own personal hangouts. Man Caves approached us to help them create a lifeguard themed basement for genuine life saver Kevin McHugh, using our 100% waterproof Supreme Click Elite Vinyl Plank Flooring. We have not been given the specific date, but our episode should air in the spring of 2012.

Kayleen McCabe won the DIY Network's talent search program "Stud Finder" in 2009. One of her rewards was her own show, so we now have "Rescue Renovations," in which she helps homeowners whose own home improvement projects have gotten out of hand, showing where things went wrong, and then providing a seven day full rescue. We were contacted to help by providing some of our Kronoswiss Laminate Flooring in an episode to air sometime in the late spring or summer of 2012.
