Almost all of our products are in-stock and will ship the next business day directly from our warehouse, and we carefully inspect the products before we ship them to you. In cases where items will not ship in a timely manner, you will be notified within 24-48 hours. 
We ship within the CONTINENTAL U.S.  All shipping is <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C4VXkMzJgCo">curbside delivery</a>. Delivery is Monday - Friday during business hours of the delivery carrier.  If you would like to arrange your own shipping, please feel free to do so.
 
We offer <b>Free Shipping</b> on most of the products we sell.  These products require a minimum purchase, so so make sure to check the details listed with each product before you purchase. If you would like to order below the <i>Free Shipping</i> minimum, we will prorate your shipment so that you are not charged the full shipping rate.
 
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received from Floors To Your Home when your delivery truck arrives.  Make sure the number of cartons is correct and make sure the labels on the cartons match your order.  This important video will quickly show you <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcIp9RQVE18">exactly how to receive your shipments</a>.
  
If any merchandise is found damaged as the freight company delivers, simply refuse the shipment or make sure that you note the damage in detail on the shipping manifest.  This is extremely important since claims for damaged material can be denied if the damage is not reported right at the time of delivery.  
 
Some areas with restricted access may be charged an additional fee (often $89) by our LTL carriers.  These are areas where standard deliveries cannot be arranged.  They can include very rural areas, islands or places with no bridge access to the mainland, and even some denser cities like downtown New York or Chicago.  Please call us at 1 (800) 804-5250 for more information.
