This unique composite results in a floating floor that is 100% waterproof and also provides sound insulating characteristics through its pre-attached acoustical underlayment.
Engage Genesis is strong, rigid and dimensionally stable. There is no telegraphing from minor subfloor imperfections. Engage Genesis contains Ultra-Fresh Freshness Protection which inhibits the growth of surface mold and mildew on all treated surfaces.
The Droplock 100 Locking System makes for fast, easy glueless installation. It is a superior locking technology for a tight fit and suitable for use with subfloor radiant heat. The tough, transparent wear layer with FX3 Surfact Protectant is the ultimate in abrasion protection.
Each plank is 47.64 inches long and 7.48 inches wide with 7 millimeter overall thickness. Each carton contains 24.75 square feet of flooring. This is an First Quality product. This product comes with a 10 year residential warranty, and a 5 year light commercial warranty.
